‘The Legend of Zelda: Tears of Kingdom,’ the game developed and published by Nintendo, has now received a new update. Version 1.1.0 is out there and up for grabs by those who enjoy their gaming sessions on the Nintendo Switch handheld console. That remains the only console compatible with ‘The Legend of Zelda: Tears of Kingdom,’ unfortunately or not.

The new Zelda game has been out since mid-May 2023, and starting the game right away could mean being thrown into the deep end. You need to pay a little attention to what the game wants from you in the first place. Otherwise, it would be a steep learning curve, regardless of how great a gamer you might be.

What’s new in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom v. 1.1.0?

The new update for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom brings the following patch notes, according to Nintendo Everything:

  • Horse name inputs allow for Chinese (Traditional and Simplified) and Korean characters.
  • Some of the inputted characters won’t be showcased if the system language isn’t set to Korean.
  • A more pleasing gameplay experience is granted, thanks to additional fixes.
