Due to various sources on the internet and a massive data leak from Rockstar itself, caused by a hacker, the world already knows a lot about the long-awaited GTA 6: the game will have more than one protagonist character, it will be featuring an improved version of the Vice City map, more stealth elements than before will be present there, and so on.
Under these circumstances, it would be reasonable for Rockstar to stop prolonging the tension so much and give us some official information about the upcoming game of the legendary franchise. That moment might be getting closer and closer if we give credit to a Rockstar insider.
GTA 6 will be officially announced this month
Rockstar insider Tez2 claims that Rockstar will officially announce GTA 6 within a community update for GTA Online, meaning the online mode for GTA 5. In other words, players of the previous GTA 5 game will be the first ones to know about the official reveal of GTA 6 if the information is accurate.

Grand Theft Auto fans never had to wait so much for a sequel, as it’s already been nine years since GTA 5 was first released. That game first came out for consoles, and it didn’t take too long until it became one of the top 3 best-selling titles in the history of video games.
By comparison, GTA 5 came out only five years after the release of its predecessor, GTA 4. Looking even back in time, we can see that GTA 3, on the other hand, was released in 2001, meaning seven years before the launch of its successor, GTA 4.
