Was The Star in Season 4?
At the end of Season 2, Jenna’s character survived Joe’s loving, but she did not walk away unscathed. After Delilah’s death, her only family member, Joe, gave Ellie money and told her to run away to avoid her sister’s death.
Ellie did what he asked her even though she hated him, and in Season 3, Joe still sent her money to live on her own. This means that she is in Joe’s life, so there are plenty of potential returns to the series.
It looks like Jenna Ortega will not be in season 4, but Netflix threw a loop that she will appear in Part 2 of Season 4. Ortega’s new Netflix show Wednesday was the principal obstacle for her return to You Season 4.

It could be a possibility, and the showrunners are glad for Ellie to return, and they have ideas for her character. Her comeback will be remarkable. She will not be highly vulnerable and sad.
