OnePlus engineers seem to have been thinking outside the box when they came up with the new OnePlus Pad tablet. Surprisingly or not, some people still believe that tablets are dead, but the Chinese brand is willing to prove them otherwise, as OnePlus Pad clearly stands out for a few powerful features.

We have known since February that OnePlus Pad was coming to the market, and now it has all become a reality. If you live in the US, you already have the chance to pre-order the new tablet.

OnePlus Pad is available for pre-order at $479

Although the OnePlus Pad will officially be released on May 8, its potential buyers already have the chance to pre-order it if they live anywhere in the US, according to NextPit. You may live in Washington, Oregon, California, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, or in any other American state – you can still pre-order the new OnePlus Pad tablet.

OnePlus Pad is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9,000 processor, and it can come in versions from 8 to 12GB of RAM. It also packs a huge IPS LCD display of over 11 inches and a 144Hz for refresh rate. The display is also capable of Dolby Vision and 500nits for peak brightness.

The main camera of the OnePlus Pad consists of a single lens of 13MP and video recording capabilities of 4K@30fps. The selfie camera, on the other hand, is significantly weaker, as it reaches only 8MP and video recording in Full HD format.

The battery of the OnePlus Pad is powerful enough to allow the user to play with the tablet for over a day, as it reaches 9,510mAh.
