The famous SpaceX CEO revealed his huge plans for the Starship rocket to reach Mars within the next five years.

They recently posted that US company SpaceX’s Starship rocket made major progress in its third test flight on Thursday, completing many of its objectives. Musk has also recently expressed his confidence in the capabilities of the rocket and he also highlighted the huge potential for crewed Moon missions by 2026.

He shared images of Starship, and he made sure to highlight the role that this has in space exploration.

He also suggested innovative methods for Mars colonization and which includes using reflectors that are made from its moons, Phobos and Deimos, to warm the Martian surface.

According to Weather.com, Starship, which is currently the world’s most powerful rocket, is composed of the Super Heavy booster and a 50-meter upper-stage spacecraft. Elon Musk intends to use this advanced technology to execute lunar and Mars missions, with the ultimate goal of establishing a sustainable human presence on the red planet.

Beyond Mars, Musk is planning the relocation of at least one million people to the planet, stressing the importance of interplanetary civilization.

He advocates for establishing infrastructure on both the Moon and Mars to secure humanity’s long-term survival and enable expansion into space.
