Who doesn’t like free stuff when it comes to gaming and pretty much anything else? Let’s admit it: most of us do! Epic Games Store starts its annual “Mega Sale” event this week, and it also marks the opportunity to get your hands on Borderlands 3 for FREE on PC!

If you still need time to analyze if the offer is good for you, you’d better act fast and grab the PC version of the game from the Epic Games Store! Borderlands 3 on PC will be free to download only until May 26! The promotion began yesterday, May 19.

If you don’t like the new offer, you can also buy Borderlands 3 from Steam at just 14.99 euros. The game’s description from Steam goes as follows:

The original shooter-looter returns, packing bazillions of guns and an all-new mayhem-fueled adventure! Blast through new worlds and enemies as one of four brand new Vault Hunters – the ultimate treasure-seeking badasses of the Borderlands, each with deep skill trees, abilities, and customization. Play solo or join with friends to take on insane enemies, score loads of loot and save your home from the most ruthless cult leaders in the galaxy.

The system requirements for running Borderlands 3 on PC are fairly decent for 2022 if you ask us. The game requires a minimum of 6GB of RAM, an AMD FX-8350 or Intel i5-3570 processor, a graphics card such as AMD Radeon™ HD 7970/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 of 2 GB, and 75GB of storage space. Your PC also needs to be DirectX compatible and run on at least Windows 7. It’s amazing to see that Borderlands 3 still accepts Windows 7, an operating system that doesn’t get support from Microsoft anymore since January 2020.

Feel free to tell us if you’re excited at the possibility of getting to play Borderlands 3 for free!
