The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s Shikishi Nintendo competition has just been announced, and we couldn’t be more excited! And what’s best the UK fans of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom should get ready for a massive surprise. The My Nintendo store in the UK is holding a unique contest with a great reward: the chance to win a Tears of the Kingdom Shikishi in honor of the imminent release of the next Zelda game. Well, that’s definitely something to remember!

Check out the official announcement on Twitter:

What are your thoughts so far about The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom?

How to Join the Competition and Win the Reward?

First things first, you must follow the Nintendo Store Twitter account and then submit a remark outlining your first Zelda experience in order to be eligible. You should also know that the competition ends on May 12 (the day The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom finally launches). The best thing so far is that there are 10 of these goods up for grabs! Quite impressive, isn’t it?!

What exactly is a Shikishi?

Don’t know what a Shikishi is? Well, you should know that this Shikishi is actually defined as a drawing surface used for creative drawing or calligraphy. Usually, that is made from a nice and firm paperboard and smoothly coated in a white coating. Another cool fact is that a Shikishi is actually thicker than your typical paper, and it could also be covered in a sleek gold layer.

And if you’re in for more The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom surprises, this isn’t the only cool item available right now; the game’s devs announced on May 3 that even Target in the US would be giving out free “Adventure Hip Packs.” This sleek item is actually based on the upcoming Switch release. How cool is that?!
