IQOO Neo5 Will Feature a 4,400mAh Battery with 66W FlashCharge Support: What to Expect

IQOO is getting ready to introduce a new smartphone soon, dubbed IQOO Neo5. Some of the phone’s specs and features have been already unveiled, so we know what to expect.

Now, an official teaser posted on Weibo reveals that the IQOO Neo5 will pack a dual battery of 4,400mAh and support 66W FlashCharge tech. But that’s not all. More details are now available, and the smartphone is said to arrive on March 16.

IQOO Neo5 Specs and Features

Display details

The IQOO Neo5 is expected to flaunt a sleek 6.61-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Hardware and software details

Under the hood, the upcoming phone is said to house a mighty Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 870 SoC, coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage.

Other storage configurations include 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 128GB, and 12GB + 256GB.

The IQOO Neo5 will ship with Android 11 OS out-of-the-box.

Camera skills

Coming to camera capabilities, the IQOO Neo5 might sport a triple-rear camera setup, including a primary 48MP Sony IMX589 shooter with OIS support, a 2MP camera, and a 13MP super-wide lens.

Upfront, a camera of 16MP is said to capture the best selfies.

Battery capacity

The battery is probably the best feature IQOO Neo5 will pack. A dual battery where each battery will offer a capacity of 2,200mAh and a total of 4,400mAh and support a sleek 65W FlashCharge tech. It will also keep the lights on for several hours.

According to some reports, the charger can fully charge the phone in only 30 minutes and 10 minutes for 50 %.

IQOO didn’t release yet details about the upcoming IQOO Neo5’s price and availability. However, we should expect a budget-friendly smartphone featuring some high-end specs.
