While filming a tumultuous scene for the program, Bella Ramsey, who plays Ellie in HBO’s The Last of Us, suffered a rather knurly injury.

One of the most popular series on the globe at the moment is The Last of Us adaptation of the Naughty Dog game with the same title.

Of course, half of the merit also goes to the great reputation of HBO.

Big-budget shows such as Game of Thrones are produced by the TV network often, providing viewers with a premium cinematic experience while maintaining the television format so perfect for binge watching.

This was a great fit for The Last of Us by Naughty Dog, a critically acclaimed game about two shattered characters in a post-apocalyptic world.

The most epic action sequence since the pilot definitely occurred in last week’s episode.

Towards the end, the leads are trapped by a swarm of infected after being surrounded by a ban of rebels.

From a sinkhole, the infected previously banished to the city’s underground emerge and swarm the resistance group.

As a result, Ellie and her friends get a chance to flee while Joel shoots the infected, trying to attack them from the window of a nearby house.

During filming, it turns out that Ramsey was seriously hurt during this chaotic scene.

Ramsey told IGN during an interview that she got a black eye after being struck by one of the actors portraying a clicker.

Ramsey recalled how it all happened, saying that “It was incredibly stressful but in some way that felt amazing. I got so many bruises. I even got a black eye at one point. Accidentally, the poor guy whacks me in the eye. I was so proud of it. I had a great time.”

Actors frequently sustain injuries while filming action sequences so what happened to the 19 year old actor is not out of the ordinary in the slightest.

Despite the fact that everything is play pretend at the end of the day, they still need to make the audience believe it, which occasionally requires paying the price in real life.
