GTA 6 Upcoming Teaser May Be Revealed Soon Says Insider

A key Rockstar Games informant has revealed some fresh details regarding the GTA 6 announcement video, including its release date. Last week, Grand Theft Auto VI has been officially confirmed. Its confirmation, however, was devoid of any specifics. There is no information about the game, its unveiling, platforms, or a launch date. We know Rockstar is focusing on GTA 6, and that’s all we know for the time being. However, reports suggest that the game would transport players to contemporary Vice City, the series’ fictitious version of Miami. Only time can tell if these rumors are genuine, but according to a recent story, we shall find out shortly.

The latest information comes from Rockstar Games insider Tez2, the most trustworthy and respectable figure when it pertains to Rockstar Games, and a source who communicated news of the game’s confirmation this year when all remaining Grand Theft Auto insiders, as well as leakers, remained silent.

GTA 6 could be released this year, according to Tez2. The Rockstar Games insider will not elaborate but says the teaser will be akin to the GTA 5 reveal trailer, in that it will feature a work in progress form of the game rather than merely a CGI trailer that reveals nothing.

With that in mind, treat everything on this page with a pinch of salt. Not only is all of this unofficial information, but it’s also subject to change. For whatever it’s worth, we’ve heard talk that the game would be shown this year and released in 2023, however assuming Rockstar Games’ release schedule holds true, it will be pushed back to 2024.

Rockstar Games has yet to reply in any way to this latest revelation or the conjecture it has sparked as of the time of publication. Rockstar Games never, ever responds to rumors, leaks, or anything else unofficial and speculative, so don’t hold your breath for this to change, but if it does, we’ll make sure to keep you up to speed upon what Rockstar Games has to say, important or not.
