Fortnite: Where To Find Timber Pines

Fortnite Timber Pines are clearly identifiable among the other trees and vegetation on the battle royale island, and can be felled to get lumber. Timber Pines may be easily recognized due to its height and trunk thickness compared to other trees in Fortnite. But when you hack these pine trees down with a Harvesting Tool, instead of dissolving into nothing, you get a felled log that you may roll around. This ability is necessary for several challenges, and if employed correctly, the rolling log can be used to cause damage to buildings, vehicles, or even players. Ready to hunker down like a lumberjack? Here’s where to find Fortnite’s Timber Pines and everything you’ll need to know to get started.

Timber Pines

The Fortnite Timber Pines sites are visible on the map if you zoom in a little bit, and they are spread out across the snowy northwest part of the island. Even though we’ve pinpointed a good number of them on the Fortnite map up top, this is by no means a complete collection of their possible locations. Get yourself to one of the specified locations, and you’ll have no trouble finding a tall Fortnite Timber Pine that’s just begging to be cut down because of any objective you have in mind, whether it’s for one of the Fortnite tasks or just for havoc.

It goes without saying that the best way to bring down Timber Pines in Fortnite is to strike it using your harvesting tool, but any weapon can have the same effect. They have 200 HP, making them considerably easier to take down than typical trees, although it will still take a few well-placed blows to bring them down. The primary trunk of the Fortnite Timber Pine will break and drop away from you, indicating completion, but, if you walk into its path while rolling, you will incur damage. If you keep chipping away at the fallen log, you’ll eventually get to the point where the wood is so light it will likely bounce away from you.
