Dragon Ball FighterZ is one of those fighting games proving that 2D animation doesn’t necessarily have to be obsolete. Despite already being four years old, DBFZ still gets plenty of love from the developers.

In today’s news, the spotlight will be switched to Perfect Cell. We’re speaking about the second most powerful main villain from Dragon Ball Z. Cell was an android created by the evil scientist known as Dr. Gero, who wanted to create the perfect fighting machine. He gathered information about all of the fighters who had been fighting on Earth in order to learn about their fighting style and techniques. Thus, Cell was able of performing pretty much any powerful technique that many other fighters could generate. Whether we’re talking about the Special Beam Cannon of Piccolo, the Multi-Form of Tien, the Destructo Disc of Krillin, or the iconic Kamehameha wave of Goku, Cell was capable of mastering them all.

It’s time to see once again what Cell is capable of! But this time, he’s present only in a new mod as he switches sides with Doctor Doom!

Dragon Ball FighterZ remains highly popular even today! You can play it on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and Windows PC!

Here’s what the Steam page has to say:

DRAGON BALL FighterZ is born from what makes the DRAGON BALL series so loved and famous: endless spectacular fights with its all-powerful fighters.

Many fans had been speculating that we might see Cell coming back in Dragon Ball along with the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie. There’s no wonder why, as the story of the movie presents a come-back of the Red Ribbon Army, the organization that contributed to the creation of Cell back in the day of the Dragon Ball Z anime. Only time will tell for sure, but there are plenty of chances that the fans are not bluffing!
