Apple is getting ready for a massive iPad Pro redesign in 2024, and we all wonder what it could be. Although the iPad Pro series has recently seen a few small changes, since the current-generation design was unveiled back in 2018, things have mainly remained the same, which is quite a shame. However, a recent source suggests that this may soon change as Apple prepares a significant iPad Pro upgrade for the following year.

Read below all the details about Apple’s plans with the iPad Pro.

The Much-awaited iPad Pro Upgrade is Coming

According to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, we will see little change this year for the iPad range. He claims that neither “something of importance” for the iPad Pro nor “significant improvements” for the iPad Air, iPad Mini, not even the entry-level iPad should be anticipated.

Gurman explains:

I don’t see any major updates coming in 2023 to the entry-level models, the iPad mini or the Air. The iPad Pro, for sure, isn’t getting anything of note this year. Instead, look for a major iPad Pro revamp next spring, complete with an updated design and OLED screens for the first time.

Moreover, based on other sources, the tech giant based in Cupertino may upgrade the iPad Pro’s current metal unibody sleek design to a cooler one with a glass back. That could be impressive!

Similar to the MagSafe technology used on the iPhone, the company has also given consideration to adding MagSafe charging to the iPad Pro series.

And that’s not all.

Some believe that the tech giant could totally make the iPad range available in higher screen sizes, including 14 or even 16 inches. It’s unclear whether or not this iPad Pro redesign will include the introduction of these larger screen sizes.

But, until Apple doesn’t shed some light on the matter, everything could be possible. What’s your guess regarding the next-gen iPad Pro?
