WhatsApp Releases New Features For WhatsApp Business Subscribers

Additional features have been added to WhatsApp Business for subscription members. WhatsApp Business users now have access to a cloud-based API, allowing them to build services tailored to their specific customers’ needs. In addition, WhatsApp Business users will soon be able to make use of two more features.

With WhatsApp’s ease of use, businesses and programmers may build on top of the service to better serve their customers by responding more quickly and more precisely than ever before. WhatsApp is now working on a technology that would allow enterprises to manage chats on up to 10 devices. Businesses may also utilize WhatsApp click-to-chat links to initiate conversations with customers. Extra premium features, which will be available via the WhatsApp Business app, will be charged a monthly fee by WhatsApp.

A new Chat Filters feature is in the works for WhatsApp Business Accounts, according to reports. Customers of WhatsApp Business Accounts may use this feature to keep track of all their conversations with various individuals and groups. Android and iOS users will have access to Chat Filters, as well as desktop users.
