Haikyuu!! Season 5 – Current Status and Latest Updates

Haikyu!! is one of the most popular sports anime across the globe.

It received numerous ovations from critics and earned numerous awards. It also set some viewership records as well.

The fourth season was released on December 19, 2020, and last year the series reached over 50 million active copies.

It’s no wonder why Haikyuu!! Season 5 is one of the most intense subjects of discussion at the moment.

Fans expect the fifth season to require some time to be released, as the fourth season’s launch was delayed due to some pandemic-related problems.

Though there has been no official announcement regarding the anime’s fifth season, the Twitter account of the English version recently tweeted that they’re “looking forward to the continuation.”

The English team also used the tweet as a means of thanking the anime team for all of their devotion and hard work to put together such a masterpiece.

There is no official announcement regarding a continuation to the 4th season, but there is little doubt that there won’t be any due to its huge success and immense popularity.

Additionally, in June 202, Yoshiki Kobayashi, a Japanese music producer, announced that they’ve started recording for the fifth season.

Unfortunately, nobody can tell for sure at the moment when we will get to see the new season.

Some fans predict that the fifth season will be shorter, with nine episodes, which is still fine by us.

If the story continues that of the fourth season, then most of the voice cast will make a comeback.

The voice cast consists of RyuseiNakao (as TanjiWashijo), NobuyuriSagara (Hisashi Kinoshita), Hiroshi Kamiya (Ittetsu Takeda), Yu Miyazaki (SachiroHirugmai), Jun Nazuka (AranOjiro), Hideaki Kabumoto (Osamu Miya), YoshimasaHosoya (Asahi Azumane), AyumuMurase (ShoyoHinata), Nobuhiko Okamoto (Yu Nishinoya), MamuroMiyano (AtsumuMiya), Kaito Ishikawa (TobioKageyama), and Yuu Hayashi (Ryunoksuke Tanaka).
