But as a lot of Dragon Ball fans are eagerly waiting for the 2022 movie, the original Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama admits one of the production’s most obvious flaws.

The movie’s title is repetitive, A. Toriyama admits

ComingSoon.net writes about the statements of Akira Toriyama for the latest issue of the V-Jump magazine that’s meant for March 2022. A. Toriyama admits one of the most obvious things: the movie’s title is repetitive. Also, the original Dragon Ball creator didn’t hesitate to bring other information that will surely delight many of us, as quoted by ComingSoon.net:

For the upcoming anime movie Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, the ‘Super’ may be a bit repetitive, but you should definitely find the film itself enjoyable! This time too, I did the story, dialogues, and some of the character designs, but more importantly, the animation this time is amazing! At this point, I’ve seen only a few images, but I was really impressed. I’m excitedly awaiting the movie’s release along with all the fans! Look forward to it!

Toriyama also said, as cited by the same source:

Just like the previous movie, I’m heavily leading the story and dialogue production for another amazing film. I really shouldn’t talk too much about the plot yet, but be prepared for some extreme and entertaining bouts, which may feature an unexpected character. We’ll be charting through some unexplored territory in terms of the visual aesthetics to give the audience an amazing ride, so I hope everybody will look forward to the new movie!

Feel free to tell us your own thoughts about the upcoming Dragon Ball movie!
