Chapter 3 has aired for quite a while now, and we couldn’t be more excited. However, the challenges have proven to be quite tough, and staying on your feet for long might be an issue.

But Fortnite has come across some major upgrades to enhance survivability over the years. From adding the carry and toss system for teammates to carry each other to safety to a few more seconds of thirst protections for downed players, Epic clearly knows what players really need.

And the latest Mending Machine trick is here to prove that.

Here is what you need to know.

What’s the Deal with the Mending Machine?

The new hot stuff in the game could be exactly what you’re looking for! All players can now take advantage of a strange Mending Machine and get something really unexpected.

How’s that working?

The trick goes like that: you have to get close to any vending machines on the map. But there’s a catch.

You have to be knocked down!

When crawling in front of a vending machine, you’ll notice that the prompt will appear, allowing you to exchange gold bars to replenish your health. That means you can extend the time before you bleed out.

How cool is that?

Reddit user peppers_ explained that the new trick is just part of Fortnite’s brand-new philosophy on what players could choose to do while they’re downed. Such a thing is actually brilliant!

The trick is definitely a great upgrade to the Fortnite experience, but it isn’t the biggest one we’ve seen in Chapter 3. On the other hand, these changes are suitable for all the players who really want to boost their experience and earn some great amounts of sweet XP.
