Sniper Elite 5: The Landing Force Mission Brings New Weapons and a New Map – Watch Trailer

Source: Rebellion

It’s already been two months since Rebellion’s latest game of the legendary Sniper Elite tactical stealth shooter series was released – known as Sniper Elite 5, the game takes Karl Fairburne to France this time in order to meet his old “friends” once again, the Nazis.

The new Landing Force mission became available in Sniper Elite 5, bringing along some nice new “toys” for Karl to “play” with: the D.L. Carbine Rifle and the PPSH submachine gun. You can grab the update already via the Season Pass One of the tactical stealth shooter. It’s also worth keeping in mind that you can purchase those weapons separately.

There’s even a new “playground” available for the game, the map known as Flooded Village, where you can show what you’re made of along with your friends during multiplayer mode!

For more details on the Landing Force mission, feel free to watch the new trailer:

In case you want to learn more about Sniper Elite 5, feel free to check out the description from the game’s Steam page:

The award-winning series returns as Karl Fairburne fights to uncover Project Kraken in 1944 France. The genre-defining authentic sniping, with enhanced kill cam, has never looked or felt better as you fight across immersive maps to stop the Nazi war machine in its tracks.

If you want to play Sniper Elite 5 on PC, you’ll need at least a graphics card that’s capable of running DirectX12 and that features 4GB of VRAM.

Rebellion is known for some pretty nasty bugs brought to some of its Sniper Elite titles. The last game of the series was no exception, which is why the 1.06 update came out last month to fix some of those problems.

You can run Sniper Elite 5 via PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/Series S, Windows PC, and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
