Who doesn’t like to play free games? Especially if we’re talking about major blockbusters such as GTA 5. The fifth main installment of the Grand Theft Auto series will be free to play for PlayStation Plus subscribers, along with other three major titles: Call of Duty: Vanguard and NBA 2K22.

But don’t open the champagne just yet. You know that nothing lasts forever in this world, and it also applies to PlayStation Plus’ offer. Sony itself reveals the upcoming promotion, and there’s another catch that you need to know before getting too excited: only the multiplayer mode of the games is included in the offer.

A total of 48 hours on December 18 and 19

The offer will run for just 48 hours, and it will start being available later this weekend.

As expected, only those who prefer their gaming on a PlayStation 4/5 console will get to benefit from the offer.

GTA 5 remains a highly-popular game even today, eight years after its initial release. Although the level of anticipation for GTA 6 is huge, a lot of gamers still prefer to play GTA 5.

Call of Duty: Vanguard has launched this year in September, and its highlight is represented by the multiplayer mode, meaning precisely what’s included in Sony’s offer.

As for NBA 2K22, here’s what the description from the dedicated Steam page says:

NBA 2K22 puts the entire basketball universe in your hands. PLAY NOW in real NBA and WNBA environments against authentic teams and players. Build your own dream team in MyTEAM with today’s stars and yesterday’s legends. Live out your own pro journey in MyCAREER and experience your personal rise to the NBA. Flex your management skills as a powerful Executive in MyGM and MyLEAGUE. Anyone, anywhere can hoop in NBA 2K22.

Which one of the three games would you like to play? Feel free to tell us!
