Hitman Sniper Announces New Mobile Game

After its formal unveiling at E3 last year, Square Enix has stated that a new Hitman mobile game would be released on March 3, 2022, in conjunction with the Hitman reboot. Gameplay footage from Hitman Sniper: The Shadows is currently available for pre-registration via both the main site and Google Play Store, according to the publisher.

Shadows, in compared to the earlier Hitman Sniper title, is a completely free-to-play experience that puts players in the boots of 6 additional assassins, dubbed Initiative 426, in order to complete missions. The narrative centers on the disappearance of the renowned bald-headed murderer, Agent 47, after which ICA chief Diana Burnwood recruits these new agents in order to avert a worldwide catastrophe that is about to strike.

Gameplay

Despite this, the gameplay seems to be identical to what we saw in the last edition, in which players are charged with killing their victims from a distance, presumably with the use of a sniper rifle.
The beginning of each round allows you to choose one of the agents and, utilizing their individual talents, devise innovative methods to eliminate them one by one before being detected. Sequencing your shots is an excellent method of preventing corpses from being found, as they are dumped into bushes or rubbish bins as they are being transported.

Bullet noises may be employed as a diversion to lure prey into a certain region, and they can be poisoned to cause quick death, as previously stated. Per the Google Play website, there is also an online PvP game option, although it does not specify the amount of maps available, which was a major worry in the original game and resulted in monotonous gaming.

How to register

Preregistering for the game entitles you to unique goodies upon launch, albeit there are only a limited number of seats available. Hitman Sniper: The Shadows will be available for Android and iOS smartphones in the near future.
