Gamora Skin in Fortnite – How to Get It Now

Epic Games has just made a huge announcement: Guardian of the Galaxy’s Gamora will arrive soon on the island.

It seems that the Marvel crossover trend is back again! After we’ve got over 20 heroes, including Iron Man, Black Panther, and Black Widow, Fortnite is ready to try a piece of beloved franchise Guardians of the Galaxy.

We’ve compiled a list of everything you should know about Gamora’s arrival and the special event she’s hosting.

When Will Gamora Arrive in Fortnite?

Gamora is set to make her debut on August 14, at 5 PM PDT/ 8 PM EDT/ 1 AM BST.

You can get the new Gamora skin earlier by taking part in the Gamora Cup!

How to Get the Gamora Skin: Availability, Features, and More

Epic teased the arrival of Gamora with a great comic book still on its official Twitter account on August 9. The Guardian of the Galaxy favorite, Gamora, will certainly fit the alien theme of Season 7 perfectly.

Availability and price

Similar to other crossover skins we’ve got so far in Fortnite, the Gamora skin will be available to buy from the Item Shop.

Unfortunately, Epic didn’t offer any details about the price tag, but we can expect it to be about 1,500 V-Bucks.

Features

The Gamora skin will flaunt a sleek matching Cloak back bling, the Godslayer Glideboard, and the Godslayer pickaxe. You’ll be able to buy these separately or as part of the skin bundle.

The Gamora Cup in Fortnite: Date and Rules

Epic Games has also confirmed that there’ll be a Gamora Cup on August 11 to celebrate the beloved character’s arrival.

Players can choose to compete in up to 10 matches in only 3 hours! Remember that you have to enable the two-factor authentication and check the Compete tab to find out when the Gamora Cup will air in your country.

The top-performing teams/ region will be rewarded with the Gamora skin and her Cloak back bling. Also, those who score at least 8 points will get the Daughter of Thanos Spray. How cool is that?
