Fortnitemares 2021 will soon kick in, and rumor has that it’ll be in full force this year. From new skins to game modes, fresh leaks unveil some of the craziest details.

Fortnitemares 2021: Release Date
Fortnitemares 2021 has just aired today (October 5), and it’ll be available until November 1, 2021. This news is great because we have a whole month of spooky celebrations!
Epic Games dropped several hints that every week will introduce special Fortnitemares features and the Halloween-themed skins in the Item Shop daily.
Fortnitemares 2021 Event: New Game Modes
Thanks to popular tipster HYPEX, some of the uncovered files hint at some sleek new gameplay mechanics that Epic Games is currently working on and could release during Fortnitemares 2021.
As you can see below, HYPEX offer quite the hint at that:

However, such features aren’t entirely new. Last year, we got some specific game modes focused on Fortnitemares that players really enjoyed. For example, there was a thing where players had to turn into ghosts and try to capture other players around the map.
Fortnitemares 2021: New Skins
Fortnitemares 2021 comes with the Universal Monsters Set of skins, starting with the Frankestein’s Monster that you can buy from the Item Shop on October 5. Later, we’ll get The Mummy.
And that’s not all.
Epic teased many other skins introduced by something called ‘fortune cards,’ available during the Fortnitemares 2021. Currently, one of the fortune cards hints at Rick Grimes from the TV series-hit The Walking Dead!
Shortnitemares: the Film Festival
Fortnitemares 2021 will also welcome the third Short Nite film festival, called Shortnitemares. From many animated shorts based on the ‘ghoulish and sinister to a lot more horror.
The film festival will air in a creator-made movie theater. Every movie will have its theater room. How cool is that?
