What could possibly be better than relaxing home after a long day of work and enjoying a good FIFA match while controlling your favorite team? The answer is simple: bringing along a bunch of friends and competing with each other!

As EA has done in all these years, the world’s most famous football simulator will be back in business once again in 2022 with a brand new game! Known as FIFA 23, the game is expected, as usual, to be released in late September. Apart from the usual platforms, the new-generation consoles built by Sony and Microsoft (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, respectively) will also offer support for the highly-anticipated title.

Surely you’re wondering if FIFA 23 will actually bring something else than just updated rosters, leagues, and kits. It looks like football fans indeed have new reasons to be excited!

Cross-Play will be available in FIFA 23

For the first team in FIFA history, the cross-play feature will be implemented in the upcoming FIFA 23 game. This means that you’ll get to play against friends while you’re all using different platforms (PC, PlayStation, etc.) The gaming writer Tom Henderson is the one bringing the exhilarating news, as HypeBeast.com reveals.

But the entire list of new features for FIFA 23 is even larger, according to the same source. For instance, players will get to participate in the World Cup with both men’s or women’s National Teams. This is also a premiere for the FIFA series.

If all that doesn’t excite you already, try this: FIFA 23 will also bring improvements for the Hypermotion technology. This means that motion capture won’t need Xsens suits anymore. Instead, stadium cameras will be used along with advanced match footage to generate the needed animations.
