It’s only a matter of time until FIFA 23 arrives in the gaming world, as we’re expecting it to be released in September. EA promises that it shall be the best game in the series, and we have to take it for granted! We’re talking about the last FIFA game, as the series is changing its name next year to EA SPORTS FC!

Therefore, EA seems to be applying the good ol’ “go big or go home” technique. It’s time to find out which footballer will have the highest rated card in FIFA 23. The era of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi seems to be finally over! No disrespect for those huge players, but not even their immense talent lasts forever.

Kylian Mbappé has the highest-rated card in FIFA 23

According to @FUTZONEFIFA, the French superstar Kylian Mbappe will receive the highest-rated card in FIFA 23. This move shouldn’t surprise anyone, as Mbappe has easily been one of the best footballers in the world in recent years. Furthermore, he’s only 23 years old, so he has plenty more time to grow.

Having an overall of 92 that’s surely impressive since most players don’t surpass the 90-rated threshold. Mbappe mainly plays as a right winger, but he’s often placed in a position of a center-forward. It would have been a shame to happen otherwise, considering the enormous attacking potential of the French superstar!

Mbappe already won the FIFA World Cup trophy with the French National Team in 2018, at the tournament that was held in Russia. At that time, Mbappe was only 19 years old. The player has already won the title of Footballer of the Year, four Top Scorer titles, and last but not least: he has won the French championship with his club PSG five times.

Cristiano Ronaldo is currently 37 years old, while Messi is 35.
