Barbie’s Margot Robbie Looks Spectacular in New Trailer

Margot Robbie’s sleek shot in the latest trailer has Barbie lovers in a frenzy. Can you blame them? The movie looks incredible, and the aesthetic parts are just breathtaking! The movie, which was directed by Greta Gerwig (Little Women, Lady Bird), stars Margot Robbie as the well-known doll and Ryan Gosling as her lover Ken. So far, the story matches our childhood, and the latest trailer is so well-built that you can tell for a few seconds if it’s really a dream or real life. I mean, let’s just take a look below at one of the coolest trailers we’ve seen lately:

Viewers are first given a close-up of Robbie’s feet at the start of the incredible short video as she removes a pair of cute fluffy pink heels.
Yet, as a homage to how the toy doll appears, Robbie’s Barbie maintains her tiptoe position rather than standing properly. And here comes the question: how does she do it?!

Why was this the most genius shot i’ve ever seen, said one fan.

Even Chrissy Teigen took time to respond to the spectacular Barbie’s Margot Robbie:

I need to know everything about this shot. How many takes, if she held onto something, was she harnessed, is the landing mark sticky, are they her feet, who did the pedicure, really just a documentary on this shot.

The movie’s first teaser, which was unveiled last year, did not reveal any essential story elements; however, the second teaser seems to have revealed a little more juicy stuff. The video ends with Ken and Barbie exiting Barbieland and exploring the outside world. Isn’t that cute?!

The actors that will play “humans” in the movie include Helen Mirren, America Ferrera, Will Ferrell, Ariana Greenblatt, Connor Swindells, and Jamie Demetriou, according to promotional posters that were unveiled on Tuesday (4 April). Other actors include Michael Cera, Simu Liu, Rhea Perlman, Ncuti Gatwa, Issa Rae, and Kate McKinnon.
