The upcoming game ‘Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League’ has a trailer released in February, which is confirmation that the developers are taking their mission as seriously as possible! However, you know what they say that there’s no such thing as perfection in this world.

According to Jason Schreier, a gaming industry insider, and as Boing Boing has spotted, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been delayed once again. The game was originally scheduled for a 2022 release but now only has a vague release window of “later this year.”

This news follows a recent gameplay showcase that received significant backlash from fans and critics alike. The highly-anticipated game, which serves as a continuation of the Arkham series developed by Rocksteady Studios, failed to impress with its uninspired and generic live-service gameplay, leaving fans disappointed. As a result, Rocksteady may be taking more time to refine the game and ensure that it meets fans’ expectations when it finally does release later this year.

Jason said in his tweet:

NEWS: Warner Bros and Rocksteady have delayed Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League once again, from May to later this year, according to a person familiar. A showcase of the game during a PlayStation stream last month was poorly received by fans.

A Suicide Squad video game would likely involve players taking on the roles of various members of the squad and engaging in a variety of missions and challenges. The game would likely feature a mix of stealth, action, and strategy elements, as the squad must navigate dangerous environments and overcome obstacles in order to complete their objectives.

Players may be able to choose from a range of characters with different abilities and skill sets, such as Deadshot with his expert marksmanship or Harley Quinn with her acrobatic and unpredictable fighting style. The game could also include a customization system where players can upgrade their characters’ weapons and equipment, as well as their abilities and attributes.
