Pokémon Gen 9 Is Almost Here According To New Reports

According to a fresh leak, the unveiling of Pokemon Gen 9 is approaching. The report also claims to provide the release dates for the Pokemon Legends Arceus expansion as well as Detective Pikachu 2 in the future.
With Pokemon Day 2022 just around the corner, speculation has started to circulate online regarding what may be unveiled during the annual celebration in the near future.

A recent leak may have stated that the release date for Pokemon Gen 9 would be announced shortly. The rumor also claims to include fresh information on Detective Pikachu 2, which has just been confirmed to be still in development by Nintendo.
Pokémon Gen 9 speculation got pace when insider Eclipse shared on social media concerning imminent huge Pokemon news, sparking speculation that the game may be shown at E3.

There will be some significant news in the near future. The Arceus Expansion for Pokemon Legends will be released in the first part of the current calendar year. According to their tweet, Detective Pikachu 2 for the Nintendo Switch will be released in late April.
Finally, Eclipse hinted at the release of a new game in a mysterious manner. “New game announcement: We’ll be returning at PokemonVGC,” the developers said on Twitter. Because the account had the acronym for the Video Game Championships, people quickly assumed it was a reference to the Pokemon Generation 9 tournament.

However, not everybody appeared to be in agreement. Centro Leaks, the user of a similar leak, retweeted after the popular post by Eclipse, urging fans to keep their hopes for Pokemon Day in control. According to the user, there are some wildly optimistic yet unrealistic expectations. But it’s uncertain if this was in reaction to the alleged leak or otherwise.

Other gamers, on the other hand, were under the impression that the rumor was not about Pokemon Gen 9, but rather about a new Stadium video game. Because Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl and Legends Arceus both lacked a competition component, it’s possible that VGC is a nod to the old N64 series, which included ranking championships and tournaments.
