The OnePlus Pad launched several months ago to the market, and it impressed due to its powerful IPS LCD display with 144Hz, Dolby Vision, and more. The device is also powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9,000, and it’s the first tablet released by OnePlus.
OnePlus’ new Oxygen 13.1 update for the OnePlus Pad tablet brings several cross-device features to the Android-based device, and NextPit brings details. One notable feature is Cellular Data Sharing, which is capable of granting the tablet the possibility to utilize the internet data of a connected OnePlus phone when the Wi-Fi connection goes down.
The new Oxygen 13.1 update also enables voice call and message sharing, allowing users to answer calls and receive message notifications on the OnePlus Pad tablet. The device can also sync information with the paired phone, including a Universal Clipboard feature for copying and pasting text between devices. Additionally, app relay lets users continue their work on the tablet from the most recently opened app on the phone.

Running on the latest Android 13 with OxygenOS 13.1, the OnePlus Pad is powered by the Mediatek MT6983 Dimensity 9000 chipset, which means fast performance for all the user’s tasks and activities. The octa-core CPU includes a powerful Cortex-X2 core, three Cortex-A710 cores, and four Cortex-A510 cores, providing a balance of power and efficiency.
With OnePlus Pad, you can capture precious moments with the 13 MP main camera, accompanied by an LED flash for great low-light photos. The tablet also features a front-facing camera of 8MP for selfies. By using the tablet, you can also record your favorite memories in stunning 4K or 1080p videos with gyro-EIS stabilization.
While the new features of the OnePlus Pad are currently available in certain countries, it is unclear if they will be expanded to other regions in the future.
