Introducing the latest player in the smartphone game: Nothing. That’s right, their name is literally “Nothing”. But don’t let their lack of a creative name fool you; this company has some big plans.

Founded by Carl Pei, a former executive at OnePlus, Nothing promises to disrupt the market with its innovative approach to smartphone design. And by innovative, we mean they’ve decided to make their phones out of transparent plastic at some point. That’s right, you’ll finally be able to see all the wires and circuits inside your phone.

But don’t worry, the transparent plastic isn’t the only thing that makes Nothing’s phones special. They’re also planning to integrate a new feature called “In-Ear Recognition”.

While Nothing Phone 1 has already hit the market a few months ago, it’s time to learn about what the company has in store when it comes to the phone’s successor.

Nothing Phone 2 will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Series chipset

The highly anticipated Nothing Phone (2) is expected to have a significant upgrade in its power and performance, as revealed by the manufacturer itself. It will be equipped with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Series chipset, known for its exceptional processing speed and efficiency.

This chipset has been a game-changer in the smartphone industry, providing seamless user experiences even during heavy usage. With this powerful chipset, users can expect faster app launches, smoother multitasking, and improved gaming performance. It’s clear that Nothing is pulling out all the stops to make sure that their flagship smartphone delivers the best possible performance to its customers.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Series processors were used in a number of high-end smartphones from different manufacturers, including Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, and Sony Xperia.

We can expect for Nothing to release its Phone 2 device at some point during the Q1 of 2023, which means that we should normally hear more about the upcoming smartphone in a few weeks.
