Loki Season 2: Are We Getting the Story in 2021?

Loki is one of the most popular series out there, and the news that there will be a second season has delighted every fan. But do we know when it’s going to be released?

The story started back in November 2020. After the post-credit sequence, it was shown that there was more to tell. We cannot wait to see what’s next.

When will the second season be released?

We don’t know the exact date yet, but we do know that it won’t be this year. Tom Hiddleston will be back to play Loki, but we are still waiting to see when that will happen. We have to take into account production dates and the release schedule for the rest of the MCU, as well. All of them have been delayed because of the COVID-19 virus, so we might have to wait a bit before seeing Loki again.

As stated before, we know for sure that Tom Hiddleston will be back for the second season of Loki. He was also an executive producer on Season 1.

As of now, season 2 is confirmed, and we’re curious to see how many seasons the series will have.

The cast of season 2

All of our favorites from Season 1 will probably appear in season 2, as well.

  • Tom Hiddleston as Loki
  • Sophia Di Martino as Sylvie
  • Owen Wilson as Mobius
  • Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Ravonna Renslayer
  • Tara Strong as Miss Minutes
  • Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15

The plot is full of surprises

As of now, there is no storyline for season 2, but since the show plays with the idea of the multiverse, we’ll probably see more of that. In the last scene of Season 1, we see how Loki gets sent back to the Time Variance Authority and how he ends up in a parallel reality, where Kang is the only ruler there.
