The tech giant based in Cupertino is gearing up to welcome the new iPhone 13 series soon. The rumor mill has stirred quite the buzz lately, and we’re now curious what features and specs will make the cut.

Thanks to some fresh leaks, we find that the iPhone 13 series could be the last to offer the Mini variant, but some new sleek colors will be available.

Here is what you need to know.

No In-display Touch ID For iPhone 13 Series

The next-gen iPhone series is tipped to include the iPhone 13 standard model, the iPhone 13 Mini, the iPhone 13, and the 13 Pro Max.

According to recent leaks, the iPhone 13’s notch size will be significantly reduced. Apple is said to introduce a feature dubbed ProMotion 120Hz LTPO panels, at least for the Pro and Pro Max variants.

As for the in-display Touch ID, there are no details regarding this, but we might get an in-display fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button (another long-rumored feature).

An A15 Bionic Processor For the iPhone 13 Series

The upcoming iPhone 13 series will most likely draw its power from the next-gen A15 Bionic processor based on a 5nm+ architecture, which is genuinely the best news so far.

Of course, it’s still early to discuss the chipset’s performance, but some reports said we should expect boosted efficiency and speed. And that’s not all.

The Snapdragon X60 3rd-gen 5G modems are also tipped to arrive on the iPhone 13 series. That will enable the new phones to blend data from sub-6GHz and mmWave bands simultaneously. Just imagine the coverage and speed! Flawless.

More Camera Upgrades and New Colors?

Apparently, yes, there are some camera upgrades in the works!

Popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said the ultra-wide shooters would be improved and the cool feature dubbed Apple ProRAW could be available for all the models.

And probably the best thing: we’ll get new colors for the iPhone 13 series!

Remember that Apple didn’t confirm any of these details. It also didn’t offer any information regarding the next-gen iPhone 13 series.

So, it would be better if you take everything with a pinch of salt!
