Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 – How To Quickly Level Up?

The Fortnite 8 Battle Pass is one of the most captivating ones to date. Most of the skins featured on this Battle Pass are originals, and the collaboration skins that are present are also carefully designed as well.

Still, leveling up can often imply lots of grinding, particularly if your goal is to go past Tier 100 or you are looking for over-leveling rewards. Still, there are numerous ways to farm experience and level up rapidly.

We are here to show you some quick ways to earn XP rapidly in Fortnite Season 8.

Punch Card Quests

There are numerous daily and weekly challenges present in Fortnite.

Unfortunately, Season 8 hasn’t revealed any form of challenges that players can gain XP from.

Alternatively, Epic Games introduced Punch Cards.

Instead of the Epic and Legendary tier weekly quests, you will be able to complete weekly and daily Punch Card Quests, which will help you level up your Season 8 Battle pass rapidly.

Achievements

There are plenty of hidden achievements in Fortnite. They appear on your screen as soon as you complete them.

They aren’t too much of a deal, mainly. Landing first on the island is an achievement, or getting the first kill.

Being the first to modify a vehicle will also grant you some XP.

They are relatively easy to obtain achievements in each game, which would make farming very easy.

More Kills

Eliminations also reward players with more EXP.

These are the EXP rewards:

  • 1 Kill – 50 EXP
  • 2 Kills – 20 EXP
  • 3 Kills – 40 EXP
  • 4 Kills – 60 EXP
  • 5 Kills – 80 EXP
  • 6 KIlls – 100 EXP

For each kill after the first one, players get some extra 20 EXP.

You also get extra XP in Duos, Trios, or Squads for knocking down and shaking down rivals.

  • Knockdown – 25 EXP
  • Shakedown – 100 EXP

It can take a while to shake down an opponent, but it’s all worth the 100 EXP if players have the time to do so.

Ranking High

Being a top player pays off, as expected.

These are the EXP rates for solo placements:

  • 1st – 300 EXP
  • 2nd – 200 EXP
  • 3rd-10th – 100 EXP
  • 11th-20th – 25 EXP

Opening Containers

Containers are some of the easiest ways of obtaining EXP. These are the EXP values that you get out of various containers:

  • Produce Box – 65 EXP
  • Fishing Pole Barrel – 65 EXP
  • Ammo Box – 100 EXP
  • Chest – 130 EXP
  • Supply Drop – 135 EXP
  • Llama – 735 EXP

Make sure that you open a container each time you go past one to benefit from some easy EXP.

It’s not a lot instantly, but it adds up over time.

Surviving

As simple as it sounds, you are rewarded EXP for simply surviving. These are the EXP rates for various survival times:

  • 2:02 minutes – 17 EXP (Pre first storm)
  • 5:06 minutes – 51 EXP (Pre first storm)
  • 6:04 minutes – 85 EXP (First storm)
  • 9:23 minutes – 136 EXP (Pre second storm)
  • 12:33 minutes – 187 EXP (Second storm)
  • 18:10 minutes – 238 EXP (Pre fourth storm)

Foraging

This is a somewhat negligible EXP source, but make no mistake, EXP stacks up over time, making it worth your time.

  • Catch Fireflies – 25 EXP
  • Collect Foraged Item – 25 EXP
  • Catch Fish/Weapon in Fishing Hole – 80 EXP

You can cumulatively earn more than 800 EXP only from foraging cabbage in The Orchard. Tempting, isn’t it?

Repeating Challenges

As part of the latest update, we were introduced to some repeatable quests.

Players can take advantage of them by repeating them every time they can to gain some extra EXP.
