The beloved anime is about to make a big return for the third time and while the release is yet to be announced, we at least now know when the trailer is coming and it’s just around the corner!
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba wrapped up season two with the Entertainment District arc earlier this year and fans have been looking forward to watching the continuation ever since!
Thankfully, it’s official that a third season is on its way so we’ll soon find out how the story will unravel after where it left off.
In fact, the third installment was apparently already in the works when the second wrapped up.
Aside from the first trailer that teased some fights, not much else has been shared from the Swordsmith Village arc with the eager fans at this point.
Even that first look into what’s to come was shared quite a long time ago so many are waiting anxiously for more.
That being said, it has been announced that Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc will be sharing a new trailer on December 10, along with a rebroadcast of the Mugen Train arc overseas.
This comes after fans previously assumed a new season trailer was going to be released last month.
The reason was that Demon Slayer had shared a rather ambiguous tease at the time.
Unfortunately for all the fans, it all turned out to be the announcement that they would get a new look at the Swordsmith Village arc during the December 10 rebroadcast and nothing else.
As for what we can expect from the upcoming trailer next month, it is still unclear as no further hits or teasers have been dropped.
This also means that there is no news about the potential release date for the upcoming third season either and even the production status is still covered in mystery.
While we don’t have the release date or even window at this time, what we do know is that the original cast that’s worked on the first two seasons will be returning for this third one as well.
Season 3 will bring the Love Hashira and the Mist Hashira into the middle of the adventure as well since a new wave of danger is heading the heroes’ way.
At this point, all fans need to do to finally see how things play out is to wait but, hopefully, the trailer coming December 10 will be enough to make the anticipation a little easier to bear.
