It’s been nine glorious years for GTA 5 since the game was first released for consoles. The RPG rapidly became one of the best-selling video games ever, and it will remain likewise for a lot of time.

After the release of the new-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in late 2020, it seemed like just a matter of time until top games will be adapted for their advanced technology. GTA 5 couldn’t be an exception, and the long-awaited “GTA 5 Expanbded and Enhanced” is finally here for the gamers to enjoy.

A new trailer is out, and it looks amazingly addictive:

IGN’s description goes as follows:

Grand Theft Auto 5 is finally here for PS5 and Xbox Series consoles, and with it comes a brand new GTA Online opening cutscene, meant to catch players up on the nine years the game has existed and get you right into the action. Check out the new opening now!

Rockstar once again proves that it can do all well even without releasing the long-awaited GTA 6. The fanbase surrounding GTA 5 remains huge, and it’s obvious that it’s in the developers’ best interest to keep investing in the RPG that was originally launched in 2013.

When is GTA 6 coming out?

According to the information we have, there are chances that GTA 6 is coming out in 2025 or beyond. What’s for sure is that the game is under active development, and it’s only a matter of time until it shall be announced through an official trailer. The fans’ expectations are huge, and it’s completely understandable. They hope to see a female protagonist character, new weapons, more enterable buildings, more diverse clothing stores, and many more.

Until GTA 6 ever comes out, it’s great to see that GTA 5 is still getting a lot of love from both the fans and the developers. This game still has a lot to offer.
