Team GO Rocket never seems to take a break when it comes to evil schemes, but even so, there’s one major advantage in this equation. Trainers have new chances of putting their skills to work and show if they have what it takes to win the best battles.

PokemonGOLive.com informs us about the new All-Hands Rocket Retreat Event that takes place today, April 3, from 12:00 a.m., and until Thursday, April 7, at 11:59 p.m. local time. The event marks the debut of two Pokemon.

Salandit and Salazzle will join the show

Salandit and Salazzle are the two Pokemon that become available along with the new event in Pokemon GO. Salandit becomes available to hatch if there are 12 km Eggs. Salazzle is the evolved form of Salandit, and you’ll need 50 Salandit Candy in order to ignite that evolution.

Both Salandit and Salazzle are dual-type Poison/Fire Pokemon, and they were introduced in Generation VII.

The description of the game from Google’s Play Store says the following:

Join Trainers across the globe who are discovering Pokémon as they explore the world around them. Pokémon GO is the global gaming sensation that has been downloaded over 1 billion times and named “Best Mobile Game” by the Game Developers Choice Awards and “Best App of the Year” by TechCrunch.

With the legendary Pokemon franchise always getting enhanced with new characters, there’s no telling how even more popular the Pokemon GO augmented-reality game can become. Having to explore the real world in order to search for Pokemon has been the winning ticket right from the start, as the game rapidly won the hearts of many Pokemon fans.

Pokemon GO has it all: you can catch all kinds of Pokemon, train them, and engage them in battles to win prestige and compete against other Trainers. What more could you ask?
