Google Pixel Fold Has Its First Live Video

Google is preparing to join the foldable smartphone frenzy with its upcoming Google Pixel Fold device. The folding smartphone of the Mountain View-based tech behemoth is expected to debut at some point during the fourth quarter of the year, and a precise release date remains unknown.

Thanks to a recent tweet coming from a reliable leakster who has about 5,000 followers, we can have a better look at how the Google Pixel Fold smartphone will look like. It has some thick bezels surrounding the main display, which could already be a complaint for many. We can also remark on the selfie camera positioned in the middle of the cover display, and it’s unknown yet if there’s also a notch there or not. What’s for sure is that the smartphone doesn’t feature an under-display selfie camera.

The main display is clearly large enough, although it doesn’t seem to be larger than the ones of the most popular foldable devices out there, such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4.

We’ve recently found out that the upcoming Google Pixel Fold will also feature a waterproof capability, which means that it will have one of the most needed features for smartphones nowadays.

We can also expect the upcoming Google Pixel Fold to stand out for other interesting specs and features as well. Google will likely rely on a Tensor processor for its foldable beauty, while other rumors indicate that the phone will carry a high-resolution display and a sleek design. Last but not least, the phone will likely come out with the Android 14 OS out of the box, which will grant more advanced features than what the previous Android 13 had to offer.

What do you think about the Google Pixel Fold so far? Would you be willing to buy one? Feel free to tell us in the comment section below!
