Gamers’ Debate – Which Fallout 76 Features Should Make It in Fallout 5?

Fallout is one of the most successful game franchises of all time.

It became really popular thanks to titles like Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas, and the ulterior Fallout 4 took the franchise to a new level.

Fallout 76 received its fair share of appreciation and hate, but overall we think it’s safe to say that it was a decent game.

When it comes to discussing games, Reddit can be both the place to be and the place that leaves you with more questions than you initially had.

A recent post on the r/Fallout board asked gamers which features from Fallout 76 they’d like to return in Fallout 5.

As you can imagine, a plethora of answers followed, with very mixed responses.

Let’s see the main recommendations from the gamers of r/Fallout!

User u/Anonymousman5150 said that they’d like to see the new U.I. make a comeback, with an additional tab for food/drink and armor, plus an optional mechanism that forces you to.

“And most of all the content that FO76 like the Gauss mini gun/shotgun and pistol, gattling plasma and ultracite gattling laser. All the armors such as T-65, Hellcat, and excavators P.A. etc,” they added.

The same user hopes that we’ll see a “big giant map,” like a map the size of Fallout 76 but with more biomes.

Other users appear to share a similar opinion regarding the map:

“76 lowkey has some of the best terrain and landscape design in the series. I love the Mojave and Capital Wastes, but they just feel lacking compared to Appalachia,” said user u/auswish133.

Other users like u/soriim believe that the developers should stay creative with the monster designs and mechanics:

“Much love in my opinion went to creating the new monsters and such that we see in 76, even taking in actual popularcryptids from the location and doing something with it, I’d expect the same or even more for the next game.”

It seems like many other gamers share a similar opinion, as u/thatguy728 and others added that cryptids are some of the most fascinating enemies in Fallout 76, as they help the game feel unique.

User u/Overdue-Karma accentuated the idea that new, special monsters are needed – “Imagine getting attacked by some flying mutated Owl.” They also added that they’d enjoy seeing the C.A.M.P. system replace the settlements, but with some extra single-player gameplay tweaks, plus the addition of extra factions like in Fallout 76.

“Maybe even plans to build more things in your camp (like how F76 does I know, just finding stuff etc to build off?),” they added.eat/drink
