Wondering where are the Sideways Minigun and the Sideways Rifle in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2? The Sideways Weapons are back to our favorite battle royale game, and we couldn’t be more excited.
If you didn’t know, the Sideways Weapons made their debut back in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8. You could’ve collected them by opening Sideways Chests and defeating Cube Monsters right after entering Sideways Anomalies. Now, the weapons are available for only one week as part of the Sideways Showdown Week.
We’ve compiled a cool list of everything you need to know, including how to upgrade the Sideways Weapons.
You can find the Sideways Weapons on the ground as floor loot and in regular Chests. The weapons could be essential pieces to your inventory as they’re really powerful!
Luckily, things are easier, and now you can upgrade the Sideways Weapons by visiting some Upgraded Benches around the island. If you still have trouble finding an Upgrade Bench, check out the following map to discover them all:
TIP: you’ll need plenty of Gold Bars to upgrade your Sideways Weapons, so you better complete some Bounties!
The Sideways Weapons are also pretty tricky. They’re powerful, but they can overheat if you use them too much. To avoid such a thing, try to be careful!
Bad news! The Sideways Scythe isn’t available in Fortnite. Unfortunately, the weapon hasn’t returned during the Sideways Showdown Week.
But that could soon change as Epic Games has started to bring some of our favorites back. We might see the Sideways Showdown back in the game or other cool stuff.
