Vegeta Might Have Already Proven That He Surpassed Goku in the Dragon Ball Super Manga

The rivalry between Goku and Vegeta is well-known and has lasted for plenty of years. When the two mighty Saiyans first met back in the day of the Dragon Ball Z anime, the Saiyan Prince was baffled at the superiority of his opponent. As the story progressed, the gap between the powers of the two fighters increased even more.

Vegeta couldn’t possibly accept, especially as the Saiyan Prince, that there’s a member of his own race stronger than him. Goku was even considered a low-class warrior, but his native natural talent was far superior to the one of Vegeta. The Saiyan Prince began to have his lifetime goal of training hard enough to surpass Goku’s power. Vegeta even achieved that goal several times in Dragon Ball Z, but never in the Dragon Ball Super anime. But with the unfolding of the manga version that continues the story long after the Tournament of Power arc, Vegeta has once again reached unprecedented heights.

Vegeta likely surpassed Goku using the Ultra Ego form

After Goku achieved the Ultra Instinct transformation and began to master it, it seemed like nobody will ever be able to surpass him in power. But Vegeta also achieved a new transformation in the Dragon Ball Super Manga, and it’s called Ultra Ego. A new article from ScreenRant.com explains how Vegeta might have already surpassed Goku during their battles against bounty hunter Granolah.

When Goku confronted Granolah in Chapter 73 of the manga, our hero was rapidly knocked out unconscious by his foe, although he was pumping up his muscles at Mastered Ultra Instinct level. This left the occasion for Vegeta to step in and show how it’s done. Guess what? The Saiyan Prince not only overwhelmed Graniolah using the Ultra Ego form, but he was even capable of enduring attacks while in the Super Saiyan Blue Evolved transformation. This is a strong hint that Vegeta has already surpassed Goku.

Of course, some can also speculate that Goku was tired after previous battles and more, but for most people, it became clear that Vegeta has the upper hand at this point.
