The 15-inch MacBook Air’s Launch is Now Highly Tipped to Happen at Apple’s WWDC 2023

What would it be without a new Apple rumor a day?! This time around, we focus our attention on the 15-inch MacBook Air that’s high to be released, wait for it…at the next WWDC, which is next month. Could you believe that?! According to data released by investment company Morgan Stanley, Apple supplier Quanta Computer is probably preparing for new MacBooks. On the other hand, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman also released a statement:

As part of watchOS 10, the company is planning to bring back widgets and make them a central part of the interface. This new strategy will debut at WWDC in June, alongside the unveiling of iOS 17, macOS 14, the 15-inch MacBook Air, and, of course, the much-anticipated mixed-reality headset.

So, what about Quanta Computer’s development? Morgan Stanley analyst Erik Woodring stated that the company reached a high single-digit percentage rise in the number of notebooks it assembles in the second quarter of 2023. Woodring strongly believes now that new MacBooks are a contributing factor in Morgan Stanley’s intriguing growth. Quite impressive!

What are your thoughts so far about a 15-inch MacBook Air?

To recall, the 13-inch MacBook Air made its debut at WWDC back in 2022 and came with quite the goodies. Among the specs, there is the M2 processor, two Thunderbolt 3 connections, a 3.5mm headphone socket, a 1080p camera, a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, and a sleek Force Touch touchpad. The 13-inch MacBook Air also features the MagSafe 3 charging port, and as color versions, we have the popular Space Gray, the cool Midnight, Starlight, and Silver, with a starting price of $1,199.

What to expect from the 15-inch MacBook Air?

According to reputable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the M2 processor would power the first-generation 15-inch MacBook Air. Beyond the bigger display size, there haven’t been any rumors of exterior design modifications for the laptop. But that’s not necessarily an issue.
