Samsung has recently been so quiet when it comes to entry-level and midrange phones that you could hear a pin drop. The South Korean giant has been focusing on its top gadgets, and there’s no wonder why, since we’re only two months away from when the latest and the greatest Samsung Galaxy S23 lineup has come out.
It’s almost as if you can risk being sent to Coventry if you say that Samsung also creates entry-level and midrange devices, but that’s the truth. The South Korean tech behemoth will soon add another one to the list: the Samsung Galaxy A24 smartphone.
Thanks to GSMArena, the full specs of the Samsung Galaxy A24 are now available. Let’s check them out!
The cameras of the Samsung Galaxy A24 are decent, but that’s all that can be said. There’s a triple-lens setup on the rear consisting of a main 50MP sensor and two smaller sensors. The selfie camera consists of a wide 13MP lens.
Both the main camera setup and the selfie camera can record video in Full HD.
We’re not sure if the new Samsung Galaxy A24 can be qualified as an entry-level or a midrange phone, but what’s for sure is that it has a Super AMOLED display of 90Hz for the refresh rate and 1000 nits for the peak brightness. That’s pretty interesting.
The hardware part of Samsung’s new A24 device doesn’t look bad at all. The phone is powered by a Mediatek MT8781 Helio G99 (6nm), it sports 6 to 8GB of RAM, and there’s a single storage option: 128GB. However, you can also add a microSDXC memory card.
Samsung Galaxy A24 will launch on the market at some point this month, and it will surely become another interesting gadget for an already successful series: the A-series of Samsung.
