Samsung Brings the Self-Repair Program to European Countries

We have to admit that everybody is at least a bit hesitant when it comes to letting his smartphone in the hands of another person to repair it. Samsung knows that very well, as any other smartphone manufacturer out there does. As a result, the South Korean-based tech giant gives its users the chance to repair their smartphones by themselves through a special program.

In other words, if you have a Samsung smartphone or tablet, the company will provide you assistance in how to repair such devices by yourself. Samsung can teach you exactly what to do in order to repair your gadgets.

Samsung’s self-repair program will be running in Europe by the end of June

In less than two weeks, those who live in Europe and have Samsung phones will get the chance to repair them by themselves using the company’s self-repair program. To be more precise, the program will roll out to France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Poland, and Sweden, as GSMArena has discovered.

However, you need to know that Samsung’s self-repair program isn’t free of charge. It will cost you around 30 euros. For that kind of money, Samsung will provide you the necessary tools in order to open up your smartphone safely and try to fix it. But that’s not all, as Samsung will also give you the instructions you need in order to get the job done. The company offers its instructions through video tutorials, which means that anyone who has a Samsung smartphone and wants to fix it can carefully follow the steps given in order to get his device running again without needing to take it to a GSM service.

It’s important to keep in mind that not all Samsung devices qualify for benefitting from the South Korean giant’s self-repair program. Only those devices from the three previous generations of S-series flagships qualify, such as the Galaxy S20, S21, and S22 lineups.
