Left 4 Dead 3 Game Leaked? – Speculations, Hints and More!

If a recent leak is to be believed, Left 4 Dead 3 might be happening after all – finally!

One of the most well-liked and creative developers in the gaming industry is Valve.

This developer gave birth to many amazing games, including Half-Life, Portal, Dota, Counter-Strike, and many more.

It seemed as though Valve could do no wrong during the early to late 2000s! However, following Portal 2, Valve essentially stopped creating large-scale games.

Despite a few notable exceptions, they don’t release many new games compared to other developers, which has angered many players who are eagerly awaiting the continuation of some of these well-known franchises.

Most recently, Valve announced that Counter-Strike 2 would launch this summer, which surprised a lot of people.

Counter-Strike 2 is also currently in beta, though it is primarily available to the biggest streamers online.

Having said that, the beta was leaked, allowing users to play the game offline with bots, experiment with the new features, and search through the files.

Although it may seem strange that Left 4 Dead 3 would be mentioned in the Counter-Strike 2 files, Reddit user PaP3s discovered references to it there.

Grand Theft Auto V elements could be found in Max Payne 3, for example, and sometimes abandoned ideas are incorporated into other games.

There are no additional details for the time being but it does imply that Valve might just be working on this exciting new project.

It was abandoned for a number of reasons, but there have been rumors about it for years.

L4D3 was in development before Source 2 was ever even close to completion, and it was shelved as a result, as noted by Reddit user Master_Frag, who mentions that “L4D3 was in production before Source 2 was even close to feature complete, and shelved for that reason, so this could just be an old reference. But maybe it’s restarted development? I’ll not hold my breath.”

Source 2 is Valve’s new engine, so it is possible that this technological advancement will give Valve a chance to create the sequels that fans have been clamoring for, for so long.

For now, however, nothing has been confirmed so fans will have to wait and see what happens.
