Capturing Points in Fortnite is an incredible new feature that can get you a couple of rewards. If you have any experience with the multiplayer option, you definitely know about Capture Points or Control Points. These points are available in the standard Battle Royale mode, but dealing with them can be pretty challenging.
We’ve come up with a sleek guide on everything you need to know about the Capture Points, including where to find them.
Claiming a Capture Point to complete a quest and earn some sweet XP is a really good idea. But where to find some points?
Practically, you can find a Capture Point at every POI on the Fortnite map. You’ll also get serious competition, as POIs are favorite drop points. Check out all the locations where you can find Capture Points:
TIP: head to Lonely Labs to claim a Capture Point because it’s quieter than other POIs, and there’ll be less competition.
Finding a Capture Point is quite the task, but it’s not a difficult one. Now, how about claiming a point?
All you have to do is to stay inside the circle radius and see when the flag is fully raised to the top of the pole. And that’s it! If you want, you can quickly check your progress via the circular meter that pops up on the screen; you’ll see how much longer you need to stay inside the circle.
Leaving a circle radius is not really an issue because it won’t reset any point progress. However, you’ll notice how the flag slowly falls down the pole.
Claiming a Capture Point will reward you with a lot of loot, including healing items, shields, grenades, decent-rarity weapons, and much more.
