After months of unbearable wait and countless speculations, we can finally find out from Apple what the new iPhone 14 is all about. For the last ten years, the tech giant from Cupertino has been presenting its flagship every year in September, and 2022 is no exception.

The new iPhone 14 is now official, and we’re glad to learn about the specs. It’s great to see that the standard iPhone 14 and the Pro version don’t feature gigantic proportions – their displays measure only 6.1 inches. We’re guessing that this makes the phones suitable for some of those who want to handle them without using both hands simultaneously. The display of the iPhone 14 Plus and Pro Max, on the other hand, measures 6.7 inches.

Pre-orders start on September 9

You can pre-order the new flagship from Apple starting Friday, September 9. The shipping for the standard iPhone 14 begins on September 16, while the one for the iPhone 14 Plus begins on October 7.

The prices start at $799. That’s the cost for the standard iPhone 14 model, while you’ll need to pay 100 bucks more if you want the Plus model. The Pro version will be worth starting at $999, while the Pro Max will have prices starting at $1099.

Just in case you had any doubts: the water resistance is also there for iPhone 14, as it would have been absurd for it to be missing.

iPhone 14 Pro is said to have the most advanced display Apple has ever shipped.

iPhone 14 and 14 Plus will benefit from all the advanced features of iOS 16, such as the iCloud share photo library and the new lock screen. You will even get the chance to use the new Fitness app in order to get more workout details via the new Enhanced Workout Summary.

The iPhone 14 will be available in five colors: Midnight, Starlight, a strikingly elegant purple, and more. Watch the video above for all the details about Apple’s new iPhone 14!
