Android 14 Beta 2.1 Fixes Many Bugs for Google Pixel Phones

The Android Beta Program reveals via Reddit that the Android 14 Beta 2.1 update is available and that it brings lots of fixes for bugs that are present on Google Pixel phones.

The Android 14 Beta 2.1 patch is up for grabs, and it brings a bunch of fixes to make your life easier while using a Google Pixel phone. If you’re the owner of such a phone, you can now complete device setup after opting out of the beta program, while the battery percentage display will show the correct level.

The update also brings fixes for audio disruptions, system stability problems, and other bugs. There are improvements for always-on-display mode, Google Photos app crashes, gesture navigation, and so on.

If you’re enrolled in the Android Beta Program, it’s only a matter of time until you’ll receive an OTA update. And if you’re not enrolled yet, you can consider joining to get access. However, you might keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the OTA update to reach your device. Keep an eye on the System updates section in Settings.
