Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is Postponed Until February 2, 2024

Bad news for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League fans! The game’s release for May 26 is no longer available as devs announced another date. Such news is quite surprising considering that there are already many gamers that are waiting for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League.

Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has been postponed once more by Rocksteady Studios and Warner Bros. Games in response to a harsh reaction to the game’s presentation. As a result, the game’s release date has been changed from May 26 to February 2, 2024. Quite disappointing, isn’t it?! Well, to see another delay could mean so many things, but let’s hope cancellation is not one of them! Let’s see what the official Twitter account for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League reads:

Thank you to our amazing community for the continued support, patience and understanding. There is much more to share in the months ahead and we look forward to seeing you in Metropolis next year, reads the official announcement.

What are your thoughts regarding Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League’s second delay?

Back in February, we got kind of lucky when the PlayStation State of Play offered us our most thorough look at the game, but it’s safe to say that the fans weren’t impressed with the in-depth look. Why’s that?

The main reason for the not-so-pleasant reply was actually on the live service features that Rocksteady demonstrated; many had negative things to say about the need to be constantly online (Arcane is working to remove from Redfall’s single-player mode). Another reason included the fact that some in-game items were locked behind microtransactions and a battle pass system.

Even if we’re disappointed with recent news, we understand somehow the matter. After all, the devs are just using the extra time to improve the game rather than overhauling its live service features. Bug fixes and other improvements that the company deems necessary will be its primary emphasis.
