Under the hood, the Galaxy F62 houses the in-house Exynos 9825 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage. 

On the other hand, the Galaxy A52 comes with the same RAM+storage configuration, but it draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor.

Both smartphones are shipping with Android 11OS topped with OneUI 3.1.

Coming to camera capabilities, the Galaxy A52 flaunts a quad-rear camera setup of 64MP main sensor with OIS support, including a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. 

The Galaxy F62 packs the same quad-rear camera module without OIS support.

Samsung Galaxy A52 comes with a price tag of around $365 for the high-end model, and $386. The GalaxyF62 is available at approximately $330 for the base variant and $358 for the high-end version.
