Perhaps nobody can deny the importance and quality of the A-series of Samsung phones, and the Galaxy A33 model that came out back in April confirms that the South Korean giant doesn’t neglect its midrange creations. The phone comes with a Super AMOLED display of 90Hz, a battery of 5,000mAh, an Exynos 1280 chipset, and more. But although the phone has some decent specs, there will always be people out there who complain about the camera notch.
The existence of the Samsung Galaxy A33’s camera notch indeed represents one ugly truth that the fans need to cope with. To make matters worse, it seems that not even the successor of the A33 model will get rid of the camera notch.
Thanks to Twitter account @OnLeaks, we can already take a good look at how the Samsung Galaxy A34 will look like. It’s a familiar design that reveals the implementation of a triple-camera setup. However, this is a bit weird, considering that the predecessor A33 has four lenses mounted on its main camera setup.
We also have to remark on the absence of the camera bump that was present on the previous Galaxy A33. This assures a mode modern design in our view, although surely there are folks out there who would rapidly disagree.
It would have been a lot better for Samsung to place the front camera in a different way than by chopping a notch on display once again. An under-display camera would have represented a much better idea, but perhaps the South Korean giant still considers it for other future phones.
It’s highly unlikely that we’ll see the new Samsung Galaxy A34 launched this year. A 2023 launch is a lot more probable, and there is still a lot of information to uncover about the upcoming phone.
