PlayStation Plus: Check Out the FREE Games for April 2022

It’s that time of the month once again when those gamers who enjoy playing their favorite titles on either a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 console have the chance again of getting their hands on some new games.

The PlayStation Plus service announced the list of FREE games for April 2022, which means that subscribers will get to play them at no extra charge. Ain’t that cool?

The free games become available starting April 5

Starting April 5, 2022, gamers will have access to three games that will be FREE within the PlayStation Plus service. ‘Hood: Outlaws & Legends’ clearly takes the cake, being that Robin Hood-based multiplayer game that many would want.

The description of the video sounds like this:

Your PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for March 2022 are Hood: Outlaws and Legends for PS4 and PS5, with SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated and Slay The Spire on PS4. Let us know what you make of this month’s line-up in the comments!

In case you want to learn more about ‘Hood: Outlaws & Legends,’ here’s what the Steam page has to say:

In a violent, medieval world, outplay rival gangs in intense PvPvE multiplayer heists. Moving in stealth to steal treasures unseen or dominating through loud and brutal combat, only the best will escape with hard-earned riches.

PlayStation.com even announces that the PlayStation Plus service will soon go through some changes. PS Plus will merge with PlayStation Now. As for those who have purchased a PlayStation Plus subscription, access will still be granted for the service’s current benefits.

PlayStation 5 users now have new material to enjoy, and we can safely assume that things will keep going like that for plenty of time. Since its release back in late 2020, the PlayStation 5 console has been selling like hot cakes across the world.
